Role Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Email Marketing Coordinator who will manage high-impact email campaigns, create engaging content, and drive measurable results for our clients, namely,( but not limited to) successful wellness platform Valhalla Vitality. Also to play a key role in promoting our brand and services through meticulous planning and execution of email strategy in collaboration with our external marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to craft effective content and design for email campaigns.
- Oversee the execution of email campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and implement enhancement strategies for better engagement.
- Diligently manage email list segmentation to target communications effectively and personalize the audience experience.
- Partner with stakeholders and external teams to set up automated email workflows that nurture leads and retain customers.
- Conduct research and generate creative content aligning with brand guidelines to support the customer’s journey and meet the client’s goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of content writing and editing background.
- Demonstrated proficiency in running successful email marketing initiatives in B2B or B2C settings.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with using Klaviyo for email marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and juggle multiple projects.
- Exceptional writing prowess and content creation skills.
- Innovative thinking with problem-solving capabilities.
- Superb verbal and written communication proficiency, including meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of digital marketing expertise.
