Samantha D'Agostino

Chief Operating Officer

Samantha D’Agostino is the Chief Operating Officer of Valhalla Medics. A mother of two, Samantha has always been interested in helping others reach their potential. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware in history and political science, she decided to pursue a career in human resources and office administration. With over 10 years of experience working in various HR and office roles, Samantha has learned how to set up her team for success. When she’s not busy working, Samantha enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Philip D’Agostino

CEO and Founder

Philip D’Agostino is the CEO and Founder of Valhalla Medics. Philip has an extensive science and EMS background, having worked as an EMT-B and in laboratories as a PHD candidate. His interests include his reef tank, fishing on his boat, being outdoors, and spending time with his wife and two young children. He enjoys challenging himself both mentally and physically, and is always looking for ways to improve himself professionally and personally

Peter Muhlhausen

Chief of Staff to CEO

Peter Muhlhausen IV is an EMT-B, certified personal trainer, and health coach-in-training. He has worked with Valhalla Medics since 2021, starting as an administrative assistant and eventually becoming Chief of Staff to the CEO. A born-and-raised Queens native, Peter currently resides in Broad Channel with his wife and two dogs. In his spare time, he enjoys lifting weights, steak tacos, and adventurous drives during all seasons.

Jennifer Guerrero

Operations Manager – Production

Jennifer Guerrero has been working with Valhalla Medics since its inception. She started as a CCO, then moved on to become an administrative assistant and finally an operations manager. Jennifer is certified EMT-B and she is also a graduate of the University of Delaware, where she earned her Bachelors in English. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys reading and taking walks with her dog, Lulu.

Arina Muhlhausen

Operations Manager – EMS

Arina Muhlhausen is a ten-year EMS veteran, with six years as a New York City Paramedic. She started her career with Valhalla Medics as an onsite EMT and is now the EMS and National Operations Manager. Arina’s favorite activities include spending time with her husband and their two precious pits.

Saya Ueno

Executive Administrative Assistant

Saya is the Executive Administrative Assistant here at Valhalla. She works closely with the CEO, COO, and Chief of Staff to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. As a recent graduate from the City College of New York where she majored in Anthropology and minored in Biology, she has a passion for medicine, science, and learning about different cultures. Outside work you can find Saya baking delicious desserts, spending time with her big Dominican/Japanese family, or going on hikes with her partner and dog, Rocky.
