Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Lead Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a proven track record of success in a customer service environment. As a Customer Service Representative Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they provide outstanding support to our valued customers. You will also play a key role in optimizing processes, implementing best practices, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the customer service and onboarding line inquiries and ensure that all are answered promptly and correctly
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer inquiries or issues, resolving them promptly and effectively
- Conduct quality checks on the responsiveness of the customer service
- Generate customer service templates and proofread documents for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors
- Liaison between different departments within the company
- Document patient request/information
- Responding efficiently and accurately to patients with solutions to inquiries
Qualifications
- Demonstrates proper judgment at all times when determining what action to take when resolving problems
- Highly attentive to detail
- Proven working experience in Customer Service
- Proficient English
- Ability to think strategically and lead the customer service team
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Knowledge of basic computer and word processing applications
- Minimum of three years of related experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
