Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Lead Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a proven track record of success in a customer service environment. As a Customer Service Representative Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they provide outstanding support to our valued customers. You will also play a key role in optimizing processes, implementing best practices, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the customer service and onboarding line inquiries and ensure that all are answered promptly and correctly
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer inquiries or issues, resolving them promptly and effectively
  • Conduct quality checks on the responsiveness of the customer service
  • Generate customer service templates and proofread documents for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors
  • Liaison between different departments within the company
  • Document patient request/information
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to patients with solutions to inquiries


  • Demonstrates proper judgment at all times when determining what action to take when resolving problems
  • Highly attentive to detail
  • Proven working experience in Customer Service
  • Proficient English
  • Ability to think strategically and lead the customer service team
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer and word processing applications
  • Minimum of three years of related experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
