Strategic Assistant to CEO
Job Description
Valhalla MSO manages specialized clinics offering comprehensive Men’s and Women’s Health services, alongside telemedicine for integrative therapies. Our exceptional team of holistic medicine experts ensures high-quality care for patients. We are currently seeking a Strategic Assistant to provide support to our CEO. The ideal candidate should be a dedicated and diligent professional with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives; Marketing, large scale development projects
- Acting as a “gatekeeper” to the CEO, trying to resolve problems that don’t need a lot of their attention
- Ensure that various departments are working collaboratively by making connections that otherwise wouldn’t be made
- Coordinate Valhalla MSO/Valhalla Holdings diverse project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all participants are informed and deadlines are met
- Conduct research and analysis
- Coordinate the work with department heads, team leaders, other assistants and external participants
- If needed, prepare reports, presentations, references and/or other materials
- If needed, support organizational change efforts, such as process improvements and come up with suggestions for overcoming existing problems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as business administration, project management, communications, etc.);
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in project management tools will be considered an advantage.
- An ability to manage multiple projects across disciplines is very important.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
