We are currently in search of a Director of Marketing and Sales who will spearhead our Pharmacy account program’s sales strategies and expand our marketing client base to expand into other industries.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Communicate sales goals effectively and keep C-level executives up to date on progress.
  • Generate sales performance reports.
  • Stay informed on industry-specific trends and landscape.
  • Set annual sales goals based on market strategy analysis, trends, and results.
  • Forecast and develop annual sales quotas; manage sales volume by monitoring market trends, competition, and other relevant factors.
  • Oversee national sales operations, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring execution and outcomes.
  • Lead the national sales team toward achieving exceptional performance through coaching and disciplinary measures.
  • Continuously enhance professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, professional publications, networking, and participation in professional societies.
  • Foster a team-oriented work environment by contributing to team efforts and achieving collective goals.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Deep understanding of industry-specific trends and dynamics, especially in marketing and healthcare.
  • Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven competency in developing client-focused, innovative, and viable solutions.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years in sales management or executive-level sales roles, such as a Sales Manager or Marketing Director.


Director of Marketing and Sales at Ironsail Solutions is pivotal in driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution, leading and managing the sales team, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, overseeing sales operations, and collaborating interdepartmentally to achieve overarching organizational goals.

Quarterly Bonuses based on performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year
