Valhalla MS is looking to hire an account representative. Valhalla MSO and our affiliated organizations prioritize client relationships above all else. Our account managers act as the vital link between companies and their customers. Their utmost responsibility is promptly and efficiently addressing customers’ needs and concerns in order to foster strong relationships. Serving as the primary point of contact for many clients, account managers excel in customer service and can even engage in upselling and cross-selling products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Upselling and cross-selling services with new clients
- Collaborating with executive team and submitting reports/projects to upper management
- Collaborate with the executive team, marketing, sales, and other internal departments to formulate strategic marketing plans and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of contract updates and renewals
- Present new or additional ideas and services to client
- Send reports on sales activity, accounts station and potential issues
- Working with providers (NPs,PAs, MD/DOs)
- Have a working knowledge to discuss weight loss and hormonal therapies, peptide treaments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
- Proficiency in using Google Suite for document management
- Excellent proofreading skills
- In-depth knowledge of of marketing techniques and databases
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience as an account representative
- Customer service experience
- Proficient in MS office, familiarity with sales force
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Assertiveness and confidence
- High School Diploma; BA in Business
